It takes one to know one! I started working at age 15 and with my first wages I marched straight to the pharmacy to buy some 'slimming balloons'! (A ridiculous gimmick promising to reduce appetite and encourage weightloss). I was not fat. So began 30 odd years of obsessive yo-yo dieting and what can only be described as disordered eating. I did them all, Slim fast, weight watchers, 5:2, South Beach, Atkins, detoxes.... the list goes on.
